Exceptional Quality
Pressure Treated Base
Our pressure treated
2" x 6" wood creates a base that is sturdy and moisture resistant. All bases are built 16" in on center and completely level. We cover the base with the 3/4" floor plywood, the thickest commonly available.
Concrete Pavers
The sturdy weather resistant base sits on concrete pavers. This ensures that the shed sits an inch or more off of the ground, making it easy for water to flow under the shed instead of building up and causing damage.
Framing
Our frames are built with Douglas Fir 2" x 4" studs every 16" on center. The standard height for the shortest part of a gable or lean-to is 6 1/2' or 78", but extended heights are available.
Vents
All of our sheds include two standard size air vents to provide air flow in your shed.
Radiant Barrier Roofing
Our 1/2" Radiant Barrier OSB provides a protective layer which helps insulate the shed from external temperatures. We also install a layer of felt on the exterior for additional protection.
LP Smartside Panels
LP Smartside paneling is the most durable siding on the market. It combines the aesthetics of real wood with engineered wood strand technology for superior durability. It is rated to last for 60 years.
MiraTEC Trim

Demolition and Dump
We offer demolition services such as removal of an old shed, plants, or dirt from the build area, as well as dumping the removed material.
Cement Foundation
If needed, we can have our concrete guy pour you a concrete pad. The concrete pad consists of four inches of compacted base rock, 3/8" rebar every 16" on center.
